Indian head massage originated in India over 1000 years ago and is based on the ancient healing system of Ayurveda. – a massage of the ancient Hawaiians, performed in long beautiful, flowing movements along the length of the body using primarily the forearms as well as the hands and fingers, in combination with the breath. The continuous flowing movements performed as a dance (also a martial art) can be likened to the waves of the ocean, washing away all tension in the body (30mins or 1hr)

– a gentle and nurturing massage of the whole body based on small rocking movements. A safe and supportive therapy designed to stimulate and heal the entire fluid system within the body (our bodies are 80% water, so this is a very effective way of promoting health in the immune fluids, spinal fluids etc). This massage also gently rocks away stored energy and pain from old injuries and tenseness - wonderful for headaches and neck pain (30 mins or 1 hr)
