* Minimum 2 nights on weekends, 3 nights on public holidays.
* A deposit of $500.00 is required to confirm bookings. The balance is payable upon checkin.
* All one night bookings attract an extra $70.00 booking fee.

Our tariff include breakfast hampers of bacon, eggs, tomatoes, cereals, oj & our own fresh hot bread delivered each morning, plus many other little extras like cream port, espresso machines with fresh organic Merlo coffee, herbal & breakfast teas, local honey, home-made marmalade, vegemite, butter & milk, organic aromatherapy shampoo, conditioner & shower gel for your use.

Cancellation Policy: |
| A deposit of $500.00 is required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable upon checkin. Cancellations will be refunded in full less a $50 administration fee if cancelled 28 days prior to your stay or if we can rebook your cancelled dates. If cancelled within 28 days of your stay, you will be liable for the total of your booked dates unless we can rebook them. Amendments to bookings attract a $50 administration fee.
